Low-carbohydrate hamburger with jalapeños and zucchini fries

Ingredients:
- 2 Sliced Zucchinis
- Oil Spray
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Salt and Pepper
- 600g Ground Beef
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Parsley
- 1 Tbsp Finely Chopped San Marcos Jalapeños
- 100g Cheddar Cheese in cubes
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Instructions:
01. Preheat the oven at 180 ºC.
02. Bake the zucchinis with oil, paprika, salt and pepper for 15 minutes or until crispy, flipping them occasionally.
03. Mix the beef with the egg, garlic, onion, parsley, jalapeño, salt and pepper.
04. Make some hamburgers and fill with cheddar cheese.
05. Serve with the zucchini chips.
